micro-biolytics specialises in appropriate tools to work on biomolecules based on the benefits of microsystem technology combined with state-of-the-art FTIR bio-analytics.

We operate in both equipment and application- oriented development. Based on the proprietary AquaSpec™ technology micro-biolytics performs feasibility studies for new fields of applications and provides dedicated systems for analytics, proteomics and diagnostics. Furtheron we provide customer studies on our automated analyzer.

Prof.Dr.D.Wolf

The head of the scientific advisory board of micro-biolytics, Prof. Dr. D. Wolf, is given the ‚Landesforschungspreis 2007’. Prof. Dr. Frankenberg, Minister of Science of Baden-Württemberg presented this tribute to Prof. Wolf to honour „outstanding research results and excellent researchers“.

EC Evaluation

In 2006, micro-biolytics was evaluated by the European Commission (IRMM/EC) in BSE diagnostics: the ante mortem BSE test based on the AquaSpec™ Technology.

Room for Growth

For the expansion of laboratory-, production- as well as service-space, mbio has moved to a new location at Esslingen (Stuttgart). The expansion was necessary to cope with increasing service and production demands regarding the AquaSpecTM Technology.
